Operations Director / Project Manager

We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, competency with modern internet technologies, and extreme professionalism to fill our operations director position. 

Internally, the operations director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Myriad, scheduling team meetings, managing the team’s schedule, taking notes during meetings, and assigning tasks to team members and our vendors/contractors. 

Externally, the operations director will be responsible for communicating with potential clients via our website contact form, function as liaison between existing clients and team members, scheduling meetings/taking notes with clients, and communication task completions with clients.

The operations director is the first point of contact for new contacts, existing clients, and will have a mastery-level understanding of Myriad, how we operate, and our service offerings. 

This is a remote, salaried position with hours Mon-Fri, 8-4.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate audits as required.
  • Manage projects/assign tasks to team members and contractors.
  • Manage ‘front desk’ responsibilities (answering phones, managing website contact form requests, live chat).
  • Facilitate projects from start to finish.
  • Manage the Myriad Team (schedule team meetings, take notes, manage priorities, PSS).
  • Primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage online workspaces (Hubspot, AirTable, BaseCamp, Wiki).
  • Interface with CFO for client billing needs.
  • Manage QuickBooks Time needs.
  • Manage monthly assignments for subscribers.
  • Proofing and editing of documents, and presentations as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by CEO/Creative Director.

$31,000-$36,500 based on experience.

14 days PTO, in addition to holidays, and Myriad’s Christmas break. Unused PTO to be cashed in at the end of the year.
