Administrative Assistant 

Summary
We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, competency with modern internet technologies, and extreme professionalism to serve as Myriad's administrative assistant. 

Internally, the administrative assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling team meetings, managing the team’s schedule, taking notes during meetings, assigning tasks to team members and communicating with our vendors/contractors. 

Externally, the administrative assistant will be responsible for communicating with potential clients who reach out via our website contact form, function as one of the liaisons between existing clients and team members, and schedule and take notes during client meetings.

In many cases, the administrative assistant will be the first point of contact for new contacts and will have a mastery-level understanding of Myriad, how we operate, and our service offerings. 

This is a remote, salaried position with hours Mon-Fri, 8-4.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Manage ‘front desk’ responsibilities (answering phones, managing website contact form requests, live chat).
  • Facilitate audits as required.
  • Manage projects & tasks for team members and contractors.
  • Facilitate projects from start to finish.
  • Manage the Myriad Team (schedule team meetings, take notes, manage priorities, status sheets).
  • Primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage online workspaces (Hubspot, AirTable, BaseCamp, Wiki).
  • Interface with CFO for client billing needs.
  • Manage QuickBooks Time needs.
  • Manage monthly assignments for subscribers.
  • Proofing and editing of documents, and presentations as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by CEO/Creative Director.

Salary
$45,000

Benefits
14 days PTO, in addition to holidays, and Myriad’s Christmas break. Unused PTO to be cashed in at the end of the year.
